SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Any item purchased that includes a new battery may have an extended handling time of up to 24 hours to allow for installation and pre-charging. Items purchased on Fridays will usually be shipped on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). Laptops ordered with a different HDD or SSD (requested by the buyer) than what is stated in the origial listing requiring re-installation and configuration of the operating system on the new device will have an extended handling time of up to 24 hours to allow for the additional servicing.
BEFORE GIVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ALWAYS CONTACT ME FIRST: You must remember that these are used laptops and sometimes internal connections may jar loose from mishandling during the shipping process. This is not the fault of PC Integrations and can be corrected very easily. Don't run to eBay and file negative feedback without contacting me first. These problems don't happen very often but if any problem does arise, I can correct the issue very quickly with easy-to-follow instructions. Leaving negative feedback hinders my ability to maintain a Top Seller status, which I strive to achieve and maintain. Sometimes the internal components have been removed and reinstalled numerous times before I receive the laptops and sometimes the connections may become loosened. Under normal handling conditions this doesn't present any problems. Bouncing around can loosen connections on a new laptop almost as easily.
